EMERSOL® 7036 is a Vegetable Stearic Acid that is NF and Food Grade as well as Kosher Certified. Food Grade Acids are Free of Chick Edema Factor. Used to thicken creams.
EMERSOL® stearic acids are mainly used in the production of candles, tire manufacturing, rubber additives. Stearic acid is used along with castor oil for preparing softeners in textile sizing. These natural-based solutions are developed using our extensive knowledge of esterification and other processing techniques – some developed over a 180 years ago.
