Description
Lonzest GMS-D is a self-emulsifying nonionic surfactant suggested for use as:
- Lubricant: 5 – 10% dispersion in water, sprayed on confectionary cutting surfaces prevents sticking.
- Release Agent: Water dispersion sprayed on container surfaces provides release.
