Procedure:
- Charge vessel with water. Start agitation and add KOH,45% to solution.
- Add citric acid and mix until clear and uniform.
- Adjust pH to 10.8 – 11.2.
- Add balance of items while mixing.
- Mix until clear and uniform. Adjust final pH to 11.0
