Emersol® 213 NF is a rather light colored, single-distilled oleic acid, Emersol® 213 Oleic Acid is a multipurpose grade for use where extremely light color is not essential. Even though Emersol® 213 Oleic Acid is only a single- distilled grade, it possesses excellent resistance to rancidity and oxidation, and resists color changes during processing. Its low titer further increases its utility.
