Description
Emersol® 221 NF Oleic Acid is a versatile oleic acid where a light color is required. This double-distilled oleic acid offers excellent color stability as well as light initial color. Its low solid acid content, and subsequent low titer, result in low melting derivatives which are generally more soluble than derivatives of products having a higher titer. It also contributes to ease of handling under low temperature storage conditions. Products made from Emersol® 221 NF Oleic Acid exhibit excellent resistance to rancidity and oxidation.
