Dantocol DHE is a hydantoin glycol suggested for use in:

• Chemical Intermediate Reactions: for esterification and ethoxylation products in emulsifier and surfactant applications, textile finishes, cosmetics, etc.
• Plastics: as a cross-linking agent in acrylic, epoxy and polyurethane resins
• Inks: as a humectant and for solubilization
• Coatings: for high temperature resistant polyester or modified imide-amide wire enamels and specialty coatings including acrylics and polyurethanes
• Adhesives: as a cross-linking agent in hot melt formations
• Cosmetics Formulations: as a film-former and lubricant in permanent waves, shaving preparations and specialty bar soap formulations
