Description
Klearfac AA270 is a biodegradable anionic phosphate ester surfactant. This product is an excellent emulsifier and also a good solubilizing agent for nonionics in high electrolyte solutions (up to 25% caustic soda) and is stable on flake caustic, Formulations containing Klearfac AA270 can be marketed as concentrated to be diluted prior to use.
The exceptional alkaline stability of Klearfac AA270 and the ability to provide good hard-surface detergency makes this product suitable for heavy-duty cleaning formulations. Liquid and powdered products such as airplane and railroad car cleaners, bottle washing compounds and electrolytic cleaners are typical of the products which may be enhanced through the use of Klearfac AA270 surfactant. Other heavy-duty cleaning products where Klearfac AA270 should be beneficial include household detergents, wall and floor cleaner concentrates, paint and wax strippers, solvent cleaners for dry cleaning, and dedusting and descaling compounds. Combines cleaning with alkaline solubility for metal cleaning applications. Also useful in Textile processing applications, as it has good solubility, chemical stability and oil emulsification in high concentrations of alkali. An effective antistatic agent for yarn of synthetic fibers, and because it is water soluble it can be used in aqueous spray systems.
