Description
Lorol® C18-98 is derived from vegetable based, renewable raw material sources. It can be used as a direct adjuvant or can undergo primary alcohol reactions for the preparation of intermediates or end products. Lorol® C18-98 is widely used in cosmetic and personal care creams and lotions. Surfactants such as ethoxylates and sulfates and prepared from it. This alcohol is used as an intermediate in the manufacture of aging retardants for the rubber industry, phenolic UV-absorbers and alkyl bromo compounds for flame-retardants. It is a melting point modifier for waxes. Also available in Kosher form upon request.
